How to read a wedding invitation quote: MOQ, sets, finishes

A quote is not one number. Check four things: (1) what the set includes — invitation card only, or envelope, insert, RSVP and belly band; (2) the MOQ and price breaks at 50 / 100 / 300 pieces; (3) which finishes are hand-applied (wax seals, ribbon, assembly) versus machine-done; (4) whether proof and sampling are included.

Ask for the set-content list in writing before you compare suppliers. Two quotes at the same unit price can describe very different products.
